Golf Granby Saint-Paul, opened its doors for the very first time in 1962, when an 18-hole course had just been laid out. The Armand Russell family, founders of the Waterloo Golf Club, were part of the group.

In the fall of 1966, the clubhouse was expanded to include curling.

In the fall of 1972, the golf course inaugurates 27 additional rounds to bring the total to 45 holes, making it the premier golf course in Quebec.

In 2013, the Club de Golf Waterloo leases the Club de Golf Granby St-Paul to offer its members access to two courses.
In 2017, the Ménard family’s Deck Hockey Dix-10 established its business on the grounds and in the building of the golf club to offer three rinks to fans of the sport.

In 2019, the Club de Golf Granby Saint-Paul is planting 800 aquatic plants in the Rivière Noire to further reduce phosphorus levels in this watercourse.
